My Wreck

Just for the records.....I HATE DEERS!!!!

I nearly lost my life because of a deer. Two Saturdays ago Ben and I were traveling the bluegrass parkway around 9:00 at night, we were in the fast lane, when a deer jumped out in front of us, there was no time to break, swerve, heck there was barely enough time to scream DEER!...Needless to say we hit the deer, it spun us around backwards and that's when we started flipping, the car flipped (what we counted) 3 times. My right hand went through the passenger side window, that's why its a bloody mess.....that's not all the injuries I sustained but I don't want to go down that path. Let's just say God was watching over us for sure, Ben walked away pretty much injury free.

Just wanted to let you know I am leaving my job at Z-Rock to head the NDTDA (National Death To Deer Association).....just kidding! But did you know the doctor taking care of me at UK said that more people are killed by deer accidents than anything else....including drunk driving. Sounds to me like something needs to be done. I'm thinking deer season all year round. Everyone in favor say I!
