Still homeless.............

Well, I'm still homeless.....(in the sense that I haven't purchased a new home yet) it's times like these I wish I had magic wand I could wave and poof I would have a new house. But since Wal-Mart was fresh out of magic wands this morning, looks like its back to spending my entire lunch breaks on the phone with banks, loan companies, and Realtors.

When I was in college my roommate (Mandy) and I rented an apartment together, and let me be the first to say, RENTING IS NOT FUN! I hated renting! It was like as soon as I paid last months rent, next months rent was due, and I realize it's the same way with a house payment, but eventually you will own that house, you know how much I own of that apartment I rented all those years! NADA not even a little blade of grass in the yard is mine, I felt like I might as well be burning money!

OK, that's an update on my house situation, I'm still waiting on some advice on buying my first home, come on I know someone out there who listens to Z-Rock has bought a house before! Help a sister out! I'm not asking for money just advice!
