HELP ME!

Buying a house is by far the most stressful thing I have ever done! There's so much I didn't know about, PMI, Origination fees, closing cost, inspection fees, realtor commission, its just one big ball of stress to me. So I guess you know now, I'm trying to buy a house, my first house to be exact, and I'm totally overwhelmed.

The two people I depend on most in this world....my parents can't offer me one little piece of advice, they built their house and didn't have to borrow one red cent, I on the other hand, will be borrowing money, and that's where it all gets messy. Its easy picking out the house I want, but just purchasing it is not! Thank God for the people I work with, they have been SOOOO helpful! Dan P'Pool our director of sales taught me so much in just one sit down, he really knows his stuff, I think he missed his calling as a financial advisor.

Well, I guess I just wanted to let you know that I need some advice! I'm always willing to listen, got any suggestion on things I should look out for, or advice on what kind of loan I should get, PLEASE let me know I would GREATLY appreciate your efforts to help put this first time buyer in her FIRST EVER HOME!
