Day 2
Day 2 of my diet.
I made it through the night without cheating, not even once, I ate soup and fruit and that was it! Today I can only have vegetables and soup, and its like, what do you eat for breakfast when all you can is soup or veggies, so I opted to have two carrots. They were not bad, actually I had forgotten how much I liked carrots. I know it seems funny but it's only two days in and I already feel better, I thought on my way to work this morning, I'm going to start working out! My radio station just told us yesterday, that all employees get to join the Y for free! I was so excited, they couldn't have gave me a pay raise and made me happier! Well maybe...............HAHAHAHA!
I do however intend to workout, if anyone wants to workout with me feel free, I'm starting next Tuesday, from 4:30-5:30! I would love to have a few work out partners.
I'll let you know how day three of my diet goes tomorrow, I should weigh 5 lbs less by tomorrow evening, I'm going to have to bring a scale to work.
